The Viking Supporters Cooperative has recently implemented a new online platform to help members manage their subscription and update their details as required.

We’ve spent about 7 months cleansing and converting data from the legacy membership records to build a programme that fits with a membership system suitable for the digital era that we live in. We’ve reviewed and spoken to numerous companies that produce suitable systems but finally settled on MemberMojo because of the positive feedback from other Supporter Trusts using it across the UK.

The new system will help us communicate with the membership more effectively, and keep you up to date with Trust matters and activity.  When the VSC was formed, much of the data collected was simply a name and address, and a share certificate and a member number was then issued. Today, we all communicate by email and the new system will help us do that more effectively.

We’ve tried to cleanse the membership data as best we can but there will undoubtedly be some gaps, and details will have changed for some members - if you are a current or past VSC member then please try to access the system at https://membermojo.co.uk/drfc-vsc/ where you will be able to edit your details, view your membership and renew where appropriate.

If your email address isn't recognised then please email secretary@drfc-vsc.co.uk with your name and new email address and we can manually update your membership details so you can access the system.

Also, if you know fellow VSC members who may also be unaware of the new membership system, then please could you pass this information on to them? It would be very much appreciated.

Membership of the VSC costs just £12 per year, and the new system allows for membership fees to be paid via Paypal or by debit/credit card.

If you would like to join the VSC then please simply click the logo below.
