Maybe it should be ticket office being wrong shocker. There the ones who told me we hadn't got an additional allocation. Still, they're never knowingly right are they?

No point in offering a wager to Frost. He may accept it, but he'll wriggle out of paying. Even if it's for charity.

Frosty welches on charitable bets.

Surely that is between me and the other party. Care to point out where I've tried to get out of paying?

You settle the bet and I'll quit whining.

I'll send BFYP a PM to help speed up the process, seeing as your PM button seems to be broken.

When do I use the word recession? Unless it's to remind the ignorant ones who still reckon we're in one.

Frosty you're just believing the people who make these figures up. When most people use the word recession they are meaning the word that most people believe it to mean, not what the politicians are fooling people with. If we're not in recession, then what are we in, because there is no opposite to recession is there? Is it growth? no. Don't be fooled by words that can take whatever meaning the consensus reality accepts at any particular time.

The allocated Rovers charity is the best option IMO, as long as it is a good worthwhile charity though I'm not too picky.

You define recession, without reference to x-periods of negative growth and how we're all now quite literally rolling in cash?

Nice one BFYP.

Any developments on this Frost / BFYP?

I assume the charitable bet has now been settled in full?

After all, it's only a measly tenner and as Frost has pointed out himself, he has no intention of wriggling out of paying up.
