Finally had my back sorted (hopefully) 2 discs decompressed a bit of bone cut off and a plastic disc implanted, ouch to say the least anyway laid up for a couple of months. (rovers player better be working with no hitchs)

Glad things are looking up for you now, Compressed disks are evil things, both my dad and my brother have suffered from this, the pain is undescribable, so glad you are hopefully on the mend now. bless ya.

You make sure she looks after you mate and don't be doing any rudies that cause your back undue distress. When doing the rude stuff remain laid on your back with your hands behind your head and a nice big smile. By the way, my wife went missing a few days ago. The Cops came round today and told me to prepare for the worse. Looks like I'll have to get all her clothes back from the Sue Ryder shop now.
