Ryan Giggs?!? Never!

Actually, after seeing that Sunday Herald picture, I thought Ms Thomas had been snagging the bas**rd offspring of Dubya Bush, Lee Evans and Bez.

And the saga now takes another twist in this public drama series.

Who governs the laws? Commons or Courts? Did the Lib-Dem MP have the right to say what he did in commons, and does that mean the press can legally print his name? Yes according to one side, no according to the high judge.

It's pointless the injuction sticking now, but this has triggered off what could be a war between the judicial and the legislative sides of this country.

Parliamentary privilege protects MP`s from prosecution in civil matters, as an injunction is a civil action the the MP has a right to say what he likes

How can you break a super injunction by publishing somebody's name if you don't know who tooknthe injunction outbin the first place?
