Fair enough, but that gormless get in the video - if he's working for the Council, the least he could do is get a f**king shave of a morning. I don't know why I pay my rates, etc...

looks nice. I wonder if they ll make cut backs to the original design when the price of steel goes up

The work is underway. I believe the video was produced in February when work began so I should imagine it's what you see in the video.
