Sorry to give you an off topic, but I need to reach the majority.
My washing machine is up the swannie, so I wondered if any members on here could recommend a good reliable W/M engineer. All the led's on the spin cycle thingy are just flashing, and it won't go! It's a Hotpoint. Thank you.

google the make and model of you machine. You make find the answer. Don't use the guy in Armthorpe, near the spar. I had him round and did the bear minimum charged me £25. Didn't test it and then wouldn't give me a lift to the Spar cash machine to pay him. The machine is across the road from his shop, which he was going back to.We had to buy another one,but didn't buy it from him. His loss.

Thanks for the info Billdoor, did exactly that, and came across a guy who knew what he was on about. Said it pointed to a Thermister
, and the Heating Element, so given the possible cost, it seemed an uneconomical repair, so have just ordered a new one. Thanks for answering my query.
