Left back is a specialist position. It needs a left footed player in that position. I don't know if spurr is that type of player. In my opinion we need to sign one.

Muzzy gave the best left full back performance ive seen in many a year by any rovers player in the game he played in that position against swansea last season.

This is why im so pleased with the buisness we have done. Last season Hayter would have strolled into my team but now we have different options attacking wise, so for me its not what Hayter has done wrong its what the management team have done right.

sullivan muzzy joc naylor friend spurr oster gillett copps woods sharpe.would play muzzy and spurr as wing backs 3centre backs to make us more solid .woods oster and gillett across the middle copps free man and billy alone up front.stock missing from my 11 because billy always in my opinion plays better when oster in centre dictating play.as i say just my opinion.might look defensive but think it gives us asolid platform to play:rtid:

I think there is one thing you can be sure of and that is Mason will be in the starting line up a lot. Did SOD not say at the beginning of pre-season that if we were to sign him he would base his team around Mason this season?

What worries me about most of these selections is that they are basically the same 8/9 players with 2/3 of new signings that nearly got us relegated last season. Are these new signings Naylor Spurr Bennett going to make that much of a difference?
