Reliable Joiner / Roofer required

Anyone know one who is in / works in the Bentley area.

Been let down for the second time now regarding some issues we have with a roof on our extension and issues we have regarding a crasking floor in the same first floor extension.

Any of you guys used someone / can point me in the direction  of a reliable craftsman who will look at the issues and likely resolve them?

Issues are basically:

- Noisy grating sound from roof in high winds. (no evidence of slipped/ loose tiles)
- Damp plaster smell in bedroom following heavy rain. (no evidence of slipped/ loose tiles)
- Floor creaking badly in bedroom (floor is chipboard), extension was formerly single storey with flat roof and additional floor was built at a later date, I strongly suspect the original flat roof joists were used and have not be strengthened / added to and additional ones may be required.
- Bedroom extremely cold in winter, far too hot in summer, there is a steel joist runs length of back wall and I suspect this is not insulated.

Anyone who specialises in these areas and is after a bit of work could be just what we are looking for right now...if the pricae is right.
