New Youth Football scheme

Can't link as I'm at work, but take a look on the OS, it's a cracking idea and finally something more pro-active in getting the youth system up to the quality it can be.  Sounds a very good idea.  The older youth terms are apparently the best they've been as we're now bringing our own players right through.  Also noted that we signed a young lad from Ireland who has just been capped at U17 level since joining us so we're getting about a bit more at that level.  Seems that we're finally getting to grips at youth team level.  This scheme's a start let's hope it's very successful.  Good to see us reaching out into the likes of Hemsworth and Retford with it too.  Hopefully it works and we can go out into other areas like North Lincolnshire for example where we wouldn't have that much competition for the best youngsters.
