Big two weeks for Dean to work with the team now, we should see some transfers probably in and out, so it'll be interesting to see how it goes.

Yep, it's a good spell to get some things worked out at Cantley Park.  Interesting observation of his on the BBC talking about the defensive system we've been playing, basically saying it's too hard to make work as is.  New broom and all that...
