Whiteboard in Dressing room on Player

Has anyone else noticed this in the pre-match interviews where the whiteboard behind DS has all of the fixtures of this season written on it and a score next to each one of them? Is DS trying to predict future results? It looks like there is an L next to each one of them which isnt that inspiring!

I was just wondering if anyone else had any ideas on the psychology behind this?

Just seen it in the Pre-Coventry one and it only has scores and L's next to the games we've played, our results. It has the future fixtures but they're blank.
