Found this corker of an excuse on Bladesmad for the reason they lost, apparently the Blades fans had the boiling end, and that`s twice now, they need to get the cool end by coming third in the league! 

Delay the kickoff times for playoffs as it is always a scorching day.
Over 30 degrees at pitchside again yesterday.
Whereas in the second half the commentator said the temperature had cooled.
Give the club that finishes in the higher position the choice of ends twice now they have dumped the boiling end onto the Blades there should be some benefit to finishing in third spot.
It doesn't just affect the fans our keeper and defenders have to squint into that sun.
By the time the second half rolls around the sun is no where near as direct.
