One man doesn't make a team, and he certainly doesn't make a strong back line. He's not better than Spurr, and I think Friend edges him too.

Now if he was good between the sticks then I'd consider him there!!

Have i missed the bit where it says he won't train here? I've put yes assuming that he's training here and based here like any other member of the squad.

If Donny's not good enough for him then he's not good enough for Donny in my book!

I did the same. I have not read anywhere that he's not training here, but am going on what everyone is saying on here.

I share the exact same sentiment as Scuzzer. He should be put honoured to play for us, and should buy a flat in Highfields and be thankful!!

If we have to get red of players, I'd rather he be one of them than Stock, Copps etc. Let him go for me.

Having 'pure quality' in the team is nice when said quality isn't sat in the stands (or in France) suspended for 15 games a season.

No for me. Had some fantastic games, but had a few shockers too. Prone to a red card as well. Not sure what the deal is with the training etc, but it certainly wont help the team spirit.

Like others said he might be able to do a job in L1 but if he isnt training full time with the lads then i dont agree with him playing, its not like he's world class and can pull a quality performance out of the bag every week which would make us look the other way to him not training.

Training is where Saunders will look to get the players learning his style and you'd want every player being comfortable with this style knowing whats required.
