Just watched the Scunny highlights on Player

A few comments...

The 10 yards for their free kick looked very generous. Having said that, great strike.
We could/should have had 7 or 8 goals.
The build up play for the third goal was beautiful, apart from Browny's cross/punt for touch, which Hubby I think did really well to keep alive.
Scunny's second was sloppy, and poxy.

Agree about the move for the third goal. Not sure whether I was too caught up in the moment when it happened live, but I didn't realise how good a move it was until I watched the highlights earlier.

We should've been out of sight by HT as well. 3-2 really flattered them.

I was miffed at the Ref for that because he did not "measure" the 10 yards by pacing it out and they all seem to do that these days

I reckon the 10 yards was more like 8 but their bloke got the Free kick over the wall and into the top corner ...BUT .. I think if he had measured it out and Rovers were at 10 yards then one of the wall may have got a head on it

NO MATTER we still won ... and 2-3 really flattered them. I hope they go down and on that performance they are virtually certain to drop

It was Lundstram who crossed the ball for Brown to score. The wall looked like it was 12 yards back, rather than 10 or 8.

i think PDX ment the original ball over from the other side which hubby kept alive before passing to spurr and then lundstram

Hard to say ... but probably at least 21 paces of the little s**t of a Refs strides ! (which he did not do of course)

That's what I thought he meant to. Both players did really well - BBC got the assist wrong on TFLS claiming it was Husband when it was actually Lundstram.

Looks a damn site more than 10 yards, considering the area is 18 yards.
