I must admit that the loss of rob Jones didn't upset me
I thought that his inability to defend against quick attackers especially against boro was particularly telling
So i was happy for McCullough to get his chance and generally thought he did ok particularly when bringing the ball out of defence and if he plays again with khumalo he will be better again

The Big problem area is the midfield and how PD gets enough bodies in there without leaving the attack toothless to

There's something strange there, I didn't think he had any nerves.

Thing is, without Jones on Saturday there was utter chaos in the box for most corners, and as I think BST said the other day Jones wouldn't have been bullied the way McCullough was at the corner they scored from.

Hopefully Khumalo or whoever we get in to replace him can bring a bit of organisation back...

Agreed RedJ. The only player on our books who could fill that role and not be bullied is Paul Quinn. Whatever happens now, Khumalo and Turnbull need to step up to the plate to organise things at the back.

For those of us who have the misfortune to suffer from disc problems the length of time is no surprise and i'm not even confident of that....They were never going to give him nerve block just to play football as they just hide the pain and you do more damage, ive had about 11 of those, some work some don't....I have my fingers crossed because if it goes wrong its a career buster..I was diagnosed with a bulging disc many years ago..I've ended up having 3 operations, had 2 discs removed and spine fusion and while im okay now...I know about it every single day....So hope he gets it properly rested and it reseals itself (a bulging disc is basically like a broken fried egg) and we see him back soon..
