While I agree he has the ball control of a 3 month old baby, it's unfair to make him the scapegoat, hoofing the ball up to him isn't his game, but for some reason we persist in that tactic

Maybe if we didn't lump it to him he might perform better

He makes no runs in a game. It must be so frustrating being a midfielder behind that useless piece of shit he's impossible to create a chance for

Crawley didn't even want to win; that's the embarrassing thing about tonight!

Robinson's first touch seems to have deserted him.  Confidence is clearly extremely low.  However, singling him out isnt the way forward.

Evina and Wabara had steam coming out of my ears too!

PD said on the radio tonight that he isnt looking at the loan market yet.  Sorry Paul, you'd better be revising that assertion pretty soon.  Its clear he doesnt rate any of the players on the bench tonight, because you could make a claim for a triple substitution at any point from the 60th minute onwards.  De Val for Keegan would have been my choice, and maybe gone 3 at the back in the final 10 minutes - risk a point to win 2 more.  It was a game where Crawley offered that little Keegan was actually being asked to pass the ball and not break up play.

PD isn't looking in the loan market because there is no money for him. It all went on signing Wellens and Keegan.

I think he should have 5 more games to turn it round then he will need to go.
I am not someone who shouts for folks heads but we went through the Ryan Fiasco this summer and that had a detrimental effect , however a good boss should be showing positive improvements after 12 games.

There is no point sacking pd unless a new manager would be given some money

If your a striker and you have no confidence that your team mates will find you with the pass, eventually you stop making the runs.
He can only do as well as the one's who feed him, where is the quality Wellens has to slide a ball through?,Forrester missing through stupidity.
Personally if the board want the fans to come back, make a statement, get a big bid in for Eoin Doyle of Chesterfield,at the very least it would destabilise him for saturday.
And at best we might have a signing that shows the club still retains ambition,i agree with running things within your means, but some things pay for themselves, signing somebody like him, gives you the missing link, the difference between mediocrity and promotion.

You have to take chances now and again,he could pay for himself with promotion, yes there's always a chance you don't go up,but you have to take risks at sometime, otherwise you stay in league one.
Tonight clean sheet a point moving in the right direction, but Crawley are the sort of team you need to find a way of beating, well organised,a decent team,we lack quality in certain positions, they need to be sorted out or we will go backwards.
We need to solve the centre half partnership,if we don't spend put Wakefield in,show him he's your number one,see how he goes,Jones and McCombe look like they have gone at the game.

The position just behind the strikers, give Coppinger that role until you find someone to bring in,we miss somebody who can do something different in that role, Forrester left,Bennett right wings,i do think the time was right to let Wellens go,i think we now have a player that will influence games less and less,we have given him a two year role when i don't think he really wanted to stay,we were second choice, the determination isn't there any more.
On the Chesterfield game a scrappy one nil win for us,they had to work very hard to come back tonight,Doyle with a hat trick, and didn't he get three on saturday as well?

How do you propose we put a bid in outside of the transfer window?

He looked promising early on last year. He just seems to have gone backwards, and quite badly too.

I've met Theo- a really nice guy. However, I've been disappointed with his performances for some time now. He'd be most effective playing off a target man instead of being used as one though.

Why are we playing one up front when the manager should be looking to Tyson and Robinson as a partnership? Get two up front 4-4-2,everybody knows their jobs.
Managers keep following trends,Barcelona or the World cup winners play 4-3-3 so every manager in the trade follows suit, how about thinking for themselves, there are very few innovators in the game,Replication is the lowest form of flattery.

4-4-2 is seen as an old fashioned formation, but like any of the others depends on the intelligence of the players involved.
If the midfield is under pressure one of the strikers drops in to midfield to fill a gap,the centre back goes up for a corner somebody fills in for him, football is a very simple game, put players where they feel comfortable and give them the confidence and fitness to do the jobs asked of them.

The one's who try to complicate things with fancy formations, and technical talk, are the one's who don't really understand the game, and unfortunately we seem to have a lot of managers in the game who are like that.

Why should he? May I ask?

I don't think it's just as simple as "this formation works, this formation doesn't". You can play lots of different ways within the same formation. In fact, I think that might be part of the problem... that we perhaps stick 11 players into a formation thinking that's a strategy without working enough on the details.
