Wabara

That has got to be the worst Full back performance ever, the only kind words I can say are that he's not a natural left back

I think you're being too kind, not a natural left back is no excuse for that performance.

I agree he had a poor game tonight, but nowhere near as bad as Evina at Fleetwood, who was rightly dropped tonight.

It just highlights that we desperately need a new left back and then Wabara can move back to Right Back where he is more comfortable and gives us much more going forward.

He nearly scored a cracker from outside the box.

Sadly it was our box, but could've be Own Goal of the season material!

He's only playing left back because CE is garbage. He was improving at right back and played well at centre half.
Harsh to slate him when he's been played out of position and on wrong foot.

He's had 3 good games this year,, all at centre half.
I'd drop mccombe and play wabara n McCullough

I thought he played well at LB at Scunthorpe. That's why I thought we'd be alright tonight, we played the same back four as there but it didn't work out the same.

That's not a bad idea, Coppinger at right back then, because Wakefield doesn't look up to it yet.

Wabara made Wakefield look like Maldini tonight!

Wakefield did play well tonight, if you look at the results of when he's started this season, he's made a difference

Copps is wasted at right back and wabara and mcculough aren't physical enough to be a centre half pairing at this level

Wabara's S#it , surely you're joking , is the same Wabara that PD is making his main priority to tie down on a long term contract.

Wabara & McCullough  at CB's  would be absolutely ridiculous.

Two dwarfs by CB standards in any level at football never mind Pro is ridiculous. (IMHO)

You sure???
It seemed to work ok at Watford and Fulham don't you think?

You were right about dwarfs though, they are only both 6 footers.

Like i said ,Barely 6 foot the both of them , that's is to short for a pairing of CB's.

As for Watford and Fulham ......Fulham we got beat , but striker wise we got off light  on both occasions .

Watford Strikers  v DRFC .. Vydra 5' 11" &  ighalo 6' 2"

Fulham strikers v DRFC  Rodallega 5' 11" &  McCormack 5' 9......But

Unfortunately for us Fulham did have an ace up their sleeve in Centre Back Dan Burn who at 6' 7"  did managed to score with an header against our 2 dwarf's.

It's also a good job Fulham decided not to  play 6' 6" Matt Smith (Ex Leeds) , because we all know what he likes to do against us,or we could have been looking at cricket score.

I was Wabara's biggest critic last season but this season i think he's looked a good player, bar last nigh obviously, its very hard beign shuffled around the pack every game. The need for a new LB is so so obvious, and if PD doesn't have one in for Saturday then we are in for a right tonking

Enda Stevens scored for Northampton last night.

That is another thing which confuses me. PD think Stevens is good enough for us in the Championship, but when we drop to L1, Evina is the man and Edna goes to L2?!

Doesn't that mean that Dickov prefers Evina over Stevens? I have no problem with that, Evina could have turned out to be a great signing. Managers live and die by their opinions though.

But I don't buy the budget b*llocks all the time. Your telling me we couldn't get Stevens on a 6 month loan deal with the wages were paying Evina?

I don't think were paying young Cedric peanuts...

1 gk, 3 ch, 2dm, 2wb, 1cm, 1am and 1cf is what I think our players would suit - said it before! Wb become wingers/wide midfielders on attack and def on defence - dm become mids on attack and all that changes is moving forward and backwards 20-40 yards to move from defending in numbers to atttacking in numbers! Surely it ain't that hard?

I'm going to let him off last night as for me Wabarra hasn't been that bad this season..Although Cedric Evina who for my money is frankly bloody awful needs to take a long hard look in the mirror. When your manager would rather drop you and play a right back in your position that should tell you all you need to know..Dickov signed him though, god knows what he saw in him,i certainly haven't seen it..He wouldn't get in our sunday league team, and I actually mean that.....

I think he's done okay this season, Hard job going from RB to LB, even more so when you can't use your left foot. Its like putting Antionio Valencia on the left winger for Man Utd it just wouldnt happen as he can't use that foot might aswell have a stump instead of his left foot. I know Eviana had a bad game at Fleetwood but dont put someone there instead of him if he cant play there.
