The country has  really let This poor bloke down.

The peice Of filth that raped and killed his daughter gets
Thrown into prison and has the comforts that some familys
Dont have on the outside.

Social services wil do Their upmost to try and understand the scum
And fix his needs,which can never be fixed.

Poor Michael payne blamed himself for his daughters death and could
Not cope with day to day living afterwards.his marriage went to the Wall and while his ex found her way out by fighting for Sarah ,Michael just hit the drink.

Its about time that death penalty came back in for anyone that rapes a Child Ffs ,and anyone that stands and shouts for the scums human
Rights must be a nonce themselfs .
