Neck pain it feels like massive pressure going up the back of my neck,and it's causing eye pain and really bad headaches,i injured it years ago,went to physio and it's never settled down since,i'm taking pain killers every four hours.

Knee pain it's always a searing pain on the inside of my knee,one day it's the left then the right one,and also hip pains,which are bad enough when i don't do anything,but when i am shopping it gets worse,has anybody any idea,what's best to help them,what it sounds like i have,i haven't got a clue?.

Get yourself to Blizard Physiotherapy in Bircotes.

They'll put you straight.

Go and see a Chiropractor, they should be able to sort all of that.

I would recommend the Chiropractor in Cavendish Court, ITRM.
