cheers SM I gave the communications manager a email as suggested but complete waste of time.

it started off well with him replying saying he would come right back to me, but never heard anything so dropped him a email asking him if heard anything further, and he replied "what was the last I heard" so I thought at this point not great but it got worse I rang him up and as we were talking I could tell he had not read my email as he was reading out loud while I was talking. he then said he couldn’t help so passed me off to Tracey who was very nice but said it’s the club who decided and nothing she could do, so I just gave up and renewed so I guess they got what they wanted through bad service.

Just annoying as im sure it’s the third time the club have announced prices are not increases yet mine has due to the re-categorisation of my section or something else

Thanks to SM for at least trying to help as a lot more useful than the SLO and RYAN
