I see the f**king gutless little prick has been publicly laying into the players again. That's all well and good occasionally but every time we get beat? Very poor. Especially when he never EVER shoulders any of the responsibility, which, more often than not, it is his fault. The most shocking part of the interview is him talking about next season. It makes me feel physically sick to think of him still here then!

Another 2 here not renewing till dickov has gone !
A manager blaming his players doesn't wash with me at all. He is the first team manager, it's his job to be entirely responsible for what happens on the pitch. Especially so given that he recruited the entire line-up apart from Coppinger. It's OK though, we've had two weeks to prepare and the bloke was on the radio before the game, proudly banging on about how they've been working on the basics, and how they're prepared for how Bradford will line up. As it turns out, the basics were absent and the way we set up played into Bradford's hands. Nice one Paul. The guy f***ing charms and bullshits his way through each interview, and no one ever holds him to anything he says.So apart from media savvy, what does he actually bring to this football club? Certainly none of the following:Recruitment identityVision of how to to go about creating a chance / scoring a goalPatterns of playDefensive structureTactical flexibilityEntertaining footballAdding value to playersAll core qualities that you'd hope a decent manager to possess, and qualities we need at this club for us to get to where we want to be.The results this season haven't been a disaster, but it's the absence of the above that makes it difficult to stomach the thought of buying a season ticket next year. I can't stand the thought that I'd be contributing financially to watch this idiot bumble through another season with his 'management by trial and error'. Because that's all it is isn't it? There's no actual rhyme or reason to any of his signings, tactics or line-ups. Just try something and hope for the best, then rinse and repeat after every bad result.Sort of explains why we're 'just inconsistent' and also suggests that that's all we will ever be so long as we continue with this management. The day that the club realise this will be a very good day indeed.
