James has just tweeted that he's returned to City and the loan has finished. Maybe making room for a new one coming in??

Thank God

Bit harsh.. only a young kid who was played out of position in a struggling side. Didn't really get much of a chance.

Feel sorry for him. Tried his best in a position he clearly wasn't comfortable in.

A bit harsh, I dont think so,he was dross ,I fear for English football if this is what one of our top side produces.
The accademy system at premiership sides is not working they feed them a load of crap getting them to pass inside to the centre half and the art of dribbling past players is a thing of the past.
Messie does just that and where did he originally learn that, on a tip in Argentina.
Gascoine,Keegan,Wadle, all played at lower level teams before becoming great players none exactly comformists to the system thats why they stood out.
Lund is twice the player Horsfield is,will he play for England at his age group while at the Rovers, will he b*llocks.

I will guarantee you Lund isn't twice the midfielder horsfield is,  but Lund isn't a midfielder just like horsfield isn't a right back
He was good against Oldham and poor against Barnsley,
He certainly wasn't dross

There's a good chance Lund will never play higher up than he does now. There's a good chance Horsefield will.

Lund plays for a league 1 club so no chance of any International recognition
Horsfield is with a premiership club so every chance.

Simple.

Lund still learning his trade..............Kline Liverpool and England right back and absolute dogshit.

These kids find their level in the youth ranks, if Lund was good enough to play for England at youth level he wouldn't still be with us. They get snapped up.

Horsfield lacks pace(remember the York and Barnsley wingers pissing past him).
  Lacks positional sence (as above)
Must pass water better than a football
  Lacks physical size
All attributes you require to be a premiership footballer.
  Northern premier league at best

You've never seen him play in his preferred position

Wasn't he at Newcastle at the time though?
