.......I've joined Rovers Player but I've been unable to  get any commentary of the matches, any ideas why ........

You'll need to give more info than that
How are you accessing it - phone, mac, pc?

Log in. Click Player HD Live. Click the |> play button and around 15 mins before the match you have commentary.

Are you sure? Im sure when i had it in the past i could watch any clubs videos that were up!!

I don't use it but, deleting his browser, then adding into back again might help. Or even a different browser, or his settings might need changing, maybe they are blocking it from working.
