Just been out for a run round the park

Climbed over a 4 foot high fence with a flat metal bar aling the top to leave the park at the end of the run.

Slipped as I was doing so and squashed my knackers between my torso and the steel bar.

I am in f**king agony at the moment. But I still have a more adequate set of b*llocks than our squad has between them.
