If I was sifting candidates I certainly wouldn't be looking for someone with a negative perspective and outlook for this or any other role.

I doubt it. We never do.

Do you actually believe this stuff that you make up?  We did have a sell on clause, its standard practice.

What is it with your particular brand of negativity? If you don't have the detail to state a position you make it up so it fits with your view of the world?

You said that we doubted that we had a sell on clause for James Husband, you were wrong. You said we never do have sell on clauses, you were wrong again.

You also said it is standard practice, when it clearly isn't.

How many season tickets have we sold? Have we made your magical 5000 figure yet?

Can't answer the subject question with facts, "standard practice" is just that, standard practice and ignores the fact that not all deals may not be able to follow standard practice. So realizes his argument lacks substance so changes the subject by asking a totally different question. :-)
