I couldn’t care less if the players I watch are gay/straight or bi. I like players based on their footballing ability not their bedroom antics. I wish however that some players would come out as openly gay as they could act as role models and help the pockets of society who are anti homosexuality understand that being gay doesn’t equate to being inferior in the same way being of a different minority group doesn’t.
