Spare a fought, Guv'nor...

...for those less fortunate than your good selves, The poor teams who can never expect to get the top, but who still need to make a crust. Any spare change Guv'nor? I've got a dilapidated shit hole of a stadium to run and thousands of pot bellied 50 year old sociopaths to keep happy.

Changed my mind after reading that !

My mate a Leeds Fan goes out of his way (it feels like it) to mention Leeds Telly appearances. I just nod and try to look like I give a ff thinking they will be getting more and more money and getting "stronger"

However if all this time they feel they are being done and getting tailed off the more they are on Telly then bring it it on - get more Games on now not that I would become one of those alluded to ....

" ..and we are creating a show that is high-interest for everybody,"

.... far from it !

Just waiting for the day when Sky pull the plug (might be a long wait though) as they are obviously making mega bucks from football.
If it did happen and no one replaced them then we will get back to the good old days when supporters of top flight clubs become KING again and gate receipts are of huge importance.
Top wages will be down to a more sensible £10,000 a week from the present £200,000 + a week.
Top Football Clubs would then have to stand on their own feet just as all 3rd & 4th tier clubs do now.
There is so much greed at the top end of the game at the present time and quite frankly even though I am in favour of free enterprise i find it deplorable that a footballer can earn 15 million a year and a care worker for example only 14 thousand a year.
Time Football got into the real world again. Wouldn’t it be wonderful?

His ambition is to be one of the top 8 'brands' in the Premier League. Bloody hell. I'm glad we are a mere 'football club'.

It's amazing how Leeds keep finding new ways to appear unpleasant. It's a delight really.

The first thing Weeds should have to do if they ever do get in the money, is pay back the £140 million they owed the last time they went bust.
That's why he is crying, they are probably on the way back to being bust again, Cellino did say they were losing vast amounts of money when he had them.

Here’s an idea... Let’s call the four leagues Premier League 1, Premier League 2, Premier League 3 and Premier League 4. Then let’s drop the Premier bit, add division after league and we’re happily back to 1991. Happy days.
