In this country you can watch nearly all the games home and away in full 24 hours later for a £45 subscription. You can pay an extra amount per game to watch most Tuesday games live.

I'm not convinced that you can't watch the saturday afternoon games. I'm sure I saw something about the saturday 3pm blackout only applying to the championship. I've definitely watched the 3pm games but that's through a VPN so not certain for UK specifically.

On a normal Saturday afternoon the EFL games are not available in the UK. However on international weekends any games not shown on Sky have been available to watch in the UK for £10. Needless to say this has proved controversial due to the potential to hit attendances.

I believe the next international weekend is 17th November which means our game with Wimbledon can be watched in the UK.
