Fair play to Andrew for having a go from there but, f**k me, what was wrong with the keeper?!

Keeper has had a mare. In fairness to him he normally has a blinder against us.

I wasn’t there but looking at those highlights Marquis was involved in every goal.
A good response to the defeat at Fleetwood and keeps us in the mix.

... and no wonder Eaves is leaving them. Look at the ground he made up for their goal !

Supposed to be off to Sunderland - too good for them (Gills that is)

On the downside what a very strange place that is. Ground on top of (or at least up) a Hill. Surrrounded by narrow streets with cars parked each side of road and no chance for the Buses to get anywhere near the Ground - so its Park half a mile away and hike up the hill

On the way back you reverse the process and walk down the hill of course and for the first time since 74 grin all the way !

just had to have a look at the Gillingham Portsmouth highlights to see how on earth they won that match.

Portsmouth just couldn't finish judge for yourself

used all their luck up on Boxing Day

Interesting fact about Marquis according to the BBC.

He sits third in the top 20 scorers in League One this season (some have obviously scored same goals) but is the only one not to contribute a single assist.

In short, Marquis is absolutely ruthless (and selfish).

How was that not an assist for Wilkes's goal today?

Press Association actually. BBC have outsourced that responsibility.

Didn’t their defender get a toe to it when Wilkes came to challenge? That would make it his assist rather than Super John’s.

I think he did. Looked like the keeper and defender made a right f**king hash of it between them from where I was.
