Parking question - Sandy Lane
« on January 19, 2019, 12:09:34 pm by Donnywolf »
Have to ditch my usual spot next Week and being tempted to use Sandy Lane.
Years since I went there so is it still OK ? Or all Yellow Lines now ?
Will be a big Gate v Oldham maybe 10k or even more BUT i will be getting there at or just before 1 pm so if not bad for Parking will that be a good time to bag a spot ?

At the roundabout where you turn either left to the ground or right into lakeside, go right. Park down that road. Plenty of space even at 2 when I get there normally.

Or there's Vue, if you don't mind a 5 minute walk.

We usually park at the Vue area.
Plenty of spaces and reasonably quick to get out of, even on days when we get bigger than normal attendances.

I often park at the Vue complex, it’s a bit of a walk but that’s not a problem..

Wolfy, park near to the waterworks and point yourself upwards and by the time you get back to your car the traffic has cleared and you'll have a free run home, we do it every match, usually still get parked at 2.30 for a 3 o'clock kick off
