Can’t believe there was even a poll for who is better GK. losing Lawlor all season is a massive blow.

Lawlor is no stranger to a clanger though is he?

A great result that proves we can compete at the top of the table. Peterborough look distinctly beatable now, and we have some games in hand over most of the top six. Exciting times.

even better for those that know Peterborough had "tomlin order-ed" off and Charlton had one sent off as well   beware though Blackpool strengthened with some more  loans

Lawlor has dropped some right clangers, including against Portsmouth when he just let a simple backpass go under his foot and into the net last season. The single worst goalkeeping howler I've seen a Rovers keeper do, although we still won 2-1. In short, all goalies are capable of daft errors and both of our current keepers have done just that.

I wasn't at the game today but apparently Marosi made two excellent stops late on, and I have seen him single-handedly earn us victories with his excellent goalkeeping displays several times this season.

Marko for me is the better of the two - he claims the aerial balls by catching rather than flapping like Lawlor does

Strewth! Playground stuff.

DFP player ratings quite positive, so sounds like we played quite decent at a difficult place. We move to the next games where we can start making inroads into the play offs.

No need to get bitchy with each other!

Sky Highlights very biased towards Pompey. Didn't show any other of our other chances.

Thought Marosi was a tad unlucky with the goal. It came quite quick so not apportioning blame to either Marosi or Downing as they both went for it.

It wouldn’t be a Rovers forum unless someone was having a moan about a player.

So do I, but Marko is just as good.
All keepers make errors, including the top ones.
It isn’t fair though to highlight Marosi dropping that ball and then conveniently not mentioning the good saves he made late on.
