4-4-2 is not a good system when you’re struggling for centre midfielders. We would get overrun. We do have flexible players though so we could have a system that changes when we have the ball and when we don’t. I’d have Blair on the right, Wilks on the left, Crawford, copps and Rowe in the middle. With the notion that copps or Rowe need to get up and support marquis whenever we have the ball, but then sit in when we don’t
Campsall, have you seen how many goals Wilkes has scored cutting in from the right. Put him on the left and his only option is to cut back from the goal line or cross it for the keeper.

It's a blow, but it doesn't mean the season is over. Far from it.I'm pretty sure if you go to Blackpool, Coventry, Peterborough, Fleetwood or any other team who are within a few points of the play-offs will have their fair share of problems/issues and their fans will be wondering whether they've got what it takes to make the play-offs.As long as the players don't let nerves affect them and give it their best effort over the remaining amount of games, nobody can ask for any more. Enjoy the ride - it's only seven months since folk were worrying about relegation and a year since the Keepmoat Stadium witnessed the most dire, uninspiring and boring football in its short history during the final throws of Darren Ferguson's reign. This is a delightful position to be in now, win, lose or draw!
