Just about everyone would vote then. Or, as I suspect, are they quite happy with low turnouts for public votes?

It would be no use on my Doro.I assume he means aswell as the usual ways but 90% of modern phones have 2 factor authentication, not just iPhones x
If e-voting comes in, as it surely will, the polls would be able to remain open much longer, maybe several days.
