We don’t know, but it’s a fascinating, revealing, and disturbing insight into the nature of the relationship between officials representing the Russian government and the main funder of the Leave campaign. A relationship that was, until now, partly covert and hidden. And which Banks conceded in parliament on Tuesday that he’d lied about for two years.

Which WOULD have been funny if it didn't come from an organisation in bed with a country where they do shoot journalists who get too close to the facts.
