Too defensive, we want someone who plays expansive football.

The same load of would be managers will apply for the post again ( less 1 obvious one) . I cant for the life in me see any additions to the list, so as the board formed a shortlist and interviewed ( was it 3 prospective employees) and 1 has been discounted because he didn't interview well, it theoretically leaves 2 to choose from . So why cant the appointment be made almost immediately. seems to me even at this stage its either JFH or Danny Wilson.

JFH failed the interview last time which could go against him

What about those who were in work last time though? They might not of applied before but will have this time around

I thought it was McCall who failed interview miserably.

I know that but cant think of one who fits that criteria.
