We are the only voices attempting to debate the ins and outs of this crisis. With so many plates for the board to keep spinning , it’s obvious the supporters are just not one of them.
.
What on earth are you talking about. May as well have said that in Chinese 1969.
Will you also please tell me how DRFC should be run. Plenty of slagging the board and again absolutely no constructive answers or solutions to your obvious discontent on all that is Rovers.
ANSWERS PLEASE.

Is there not lessons to be learned . Why after one our best seasons since we got back into L1 did so many players and a manger feel  Keen  to move on .
Was loosing on penalties and remaining in L1 too much for the ambitious of our more talented personnel. McCann implied that Marquis deserves his chance  in the Championship and said as much about himself in the same context .
L1 is hard  to get out of and falling short of must have hurt and having contract talks after the disappointment would be hard to conclude.
Surly the club has to look to encourage our more talented players to stay and fight . But with  so many contracts running out all at the same time has had its effect . I know our player budget isn’t the smallest by a long shot but rewarding better contracts in order to stave off predators at the end of every season has to given consideration. This is the first time I can remember where we’ve lost our manger and so many of  our better players all the same  time .  The perfect storm . Imo

I don’t think Butler and Rowe were picked off by predators or keen to move on the back of our failure to reach the championship. It’s been widely acknowledged that McCann offered both a significant pay cut which led to their departures. It isn’t their career ambition that led them to leave as neither will be at a bigger or better team. It was the call of our manager that left them little option.

If we are to believe the former manager then we offered a very good contract to Andrew. He opted to leave for his own reasons and has wound up at a smaller club that finished below us. So I don’t think he’s left because he wanted to play at a higher level. Evidently there are other reasons.

We already knew of the Marquis situation. It’s no surprise and after 3 years here scoring the goals he has then he probably does deserve a shot at the championship but he’s still under contract so somebody will have to pay.

I’m not entirely sure what your point is.

Add to this Charlton missed out last season started this season just gone with nearly a complete new team and beat us in 2 good games of football from both sides and beat the media favourites at Wembley

So it can be done.

Hopefully the club can move quickly on its chosen manager and we can build the squad that can go the distance to either autos or the final as winners

Jonathan, he doesn’t have a point. Just rabbits on spouting tosh.
I think he and Boomstick + some others are beyond help.

Yes they are entitled to their opinions of course but the problem is all they do is criticise and never come up with anything remotely resembling solutions or credible suggestions to improve what they perceive as a poorly run club.

I think we are wasting our time even attempting to discuss with them.

Point simple could so many disappointing events been avoided with a bit more planning . Should the players that have gone not regretted by the club when you consider it was McCanns offers to Butler and Rowe that started the exodus . Irony of ironies he spouted about loyalty to Andrew then does the opposite. Is that simple enough for you !!

What’s this exodus. I don’t get it. We have lost 3 players. One is nearly 36, one is injury prone and had 3 good games for us last season and one is only good with the ball but isn’t without it and he has been replaced already by someone who can defend.
The other 3 were not our players. There has been no exodus. It’s total fiction.
The ones who have gone will all be replaced and we will no doubt get 2/3 more loan players from the Premier league / Scotland or the Championship.
I really don’t understand what all the fuss is about.

When did those last 4 leave? Oh yeah, they haven't. And 4 of those last played when? Hardly losses. Chill

Some were not with us last season and as you said some haven’t gone.
I missed Marosi but imo Lawlor is the better keeper and Jones is now ready to step up to be no 2.

Where have Marquis and Whiteman gone to?
You wanted to keep Mandeville, McCullough, Garrett, Beestin, Kiwomya. & Longbottom.
Do us a favour, you will spout any old rubbish to fit in with your agenda.

We are a bigger club than Lincoln, why wouldn't the Cowley brothers not come to us.

Although the new manager may have wanted to keep some of them of course.
I think the main point is he’s got rid of an awful lot of players and left before he’s replaced them. Some of them being established first team players
