From the south stand it was difficult to know what happened with the first shot that was cleared off the line, after it hit the post.
I wonder whether it would have been allowed though had their number three forced it home because I think he was in an offside position when their player knocked the ball onto the post.

Brilliant clearances which saved the game.  One thing I noticed is that in the build up to the Wright clearance, Halliday over commits again, as he did for the Sunderland winner and the one at Wimbledon a few weeks ago.  Perhaps a bit harsh in that all ended with goals, but it’s something he needs to be more aware of, particularly when we are looking to keep things tight.

My favourite highlight is the meme of the ref counting out 10 and stopping at 7. Ben Sheaf looked like a kid at Christmas when he stopped 3 yards in front of him and let them all walk forward.

I think the ref realised he shouldn't have given the free kick and gave us a better chance to defend it.
