Burton away
« on January 14, 2020, 02:28:52 pm by RoversAlias »
I notice that Burton away, now in the middle of a sequence of three straight away games due to the rearranging of the Bolton game, falls on international weekend.

Burton have had postponements for international call-ups this season as Liam Boyce, Kieran O'Hara and Nathan Broadhead all tend to get called up. So this looks like yet another postponement coming our way!

On a personal note, I'm really, really beyond fed up of these this season now. Had tickets to Tranmere, had plans for a few other games that ended up called off. I've not made an away game yet this season - barring another cancellation that changes at Sunderland next week - and we had this one at Burton pegged as an easy drive, ironically to make up for missing the Tranmere game. Sigh.

Totally agree, I’ve only made Rochdale and Coventry away so far this season. Was planning on going Tranmere, Bolton and Sunderland next week.... the season has been so stop start. Hopefully that doesn’t continue

Boyce is subject of interest, not only in England by Sunderland but also Scotland. He may not be with them come the end of the month so maybe the game may go ahead.

I must say, he does look a good player for our level and I’m not surprised about the interest in him.

That’s ok, a few cans and a couple of hours shouting at the telly, sorted

Let myself down for games this year. Only managed the cup Replay so far.

Trekking up to Sunderland for the game though so fingers crossed the boys put in a good performance.
