Spot on Filo  At great length too. The answer to the very first question took my breath away.

I haven’t listened, but if DM said it’s a match between two teams in good form, he has obviously not witnessed our last three performances. It’s been dire Darren! I just hope you employ alternative tactics tomorrow if and when required. But I’m not holding my breath.

The only manager we've ever had where i don't listen to his interviews ha. As long as he gets results i don't care what he says really.

DM not the greatest behind a mic but neither was SOD - I’d take the same outcome again.

Over simplifying it to say SO'D wasn't great behind the mic.  He didn't play the usual game of talking things up and he certainly didn't like being questioned by journalists too lazy to ask well thought out questions but he answered with honesty and intelligence.  There were plenty of detractors about his interview style but it was from those who couldn't be bothered to listen to what he had to say and who and just wanted soundbites.

I really liked SOD's interviews. They were original, thoughtful and intelligent. And they actually said something.

Everyone is a critic when it's not going swimmingly.. and yet when we win three on the trot, he is like Aristotle.... the guy can't win.  He's principled, sincere and he'll do for me...

Lol Wilts! Sadly I dont go searching for inerviews. I was ot aware of these. My comment is based on the sort of stuff that Radio Sheffield serves up.... But he really does make a meal of answering even a simple question!

Cheers!

Odriscoll was probably the best. His tone of voice and that made him sound boring. What he actually came out with was better than any of the others by a mile.

Saunders christ sounded great but most of it was crap

As graingrover mentioned above, he didn’t say that. He said that the two teams have been in good form over the first half of the season. It’s misleading and unfair to suggest he said we’ve been in good form recently - leave that to the BBC do that with their headline on the interview.

When supporters want to have go at DM they pick points to justify their stance.
