Danny Amos

Has just said his goodbyes on social media - this is a shame because his personality was infectious & his co-commentary with Robbie Andrews was stunning especially of Copps goal against Hull but unfortunately he hasn’t had enough game time recently - sad to see him leave but that’s football.

Very likeable character but his form went backwards this season unfortunately.
Good luck Danny.

I'm sad to see him go, he had a lot of potential.

Maybe a new start elsewhere might see him kick on again.

A great lad and Donny through and through.  I hope he gets fixed up with a club quickly.

Unlucky to be released and from his co commentary sounded a very good character

He’s a great lad. Am sure with his attitude he will get fixed up somewhere soon enough.

Probably wasn’t helped by there been no U23 squad this season so wasn’t that sharp when he got the chance. Have to think it could have been different if he got a run of games instead of John at left back earlier in the season. As it is football wise Horton had progressed better

Good luck to him. Seems like a very likeable guy.

His co commentaries were excellent and it came across how much he wanted Rovers to win.

Seems like a nice kid, hope he gets a decent club. Horton had overtaken him in the pecking order and with a senior left back to come in for the want away James it looked on the cards for Danny. We need more quality to achieve our destination.

Good luck Danny loved the commentary it’s a shame it never worked out on the field. Never really let us down but maybe a new start needed
