We are not a well run club. It's all well and good saying the playing budget is in the top 7, 8 or 9 in League 1. But how many times since these people have been running things have we actually overachieved, or at least finished on a par, with the budget set? Once, maybe twice. There's something not right somewhere. And a second relegation to League 2 in six years would be damning.
It’s not enough. We can’t keep using this ‘yeah but look at these other clubs’A football club should not be used as a toy by rich owners, but also, it should not be treated like another (failing) branch of a business. For all the owners take credit for the ‘sensible’ running of our club, that just cannot be the be all and end all of running a football club.DRFC deserves more than is being offered at the moment.

This is as good as it gets for Rovers, you’re a league one club who has the odd season in the championship and league two.
We're not a well-run club. We're not a badly run club either in that we're not in danger of folding. But well run to me means you make the most of the money you spend. We're throwing good money after bad on absolute dross. There's no sign of a coherent strategy from anyone at the club. The academy pathway is a complete waste of time. What value is the new recruitment manager adding? It's clear to everyone that we're going backwards. Is that well run? Not for me.
