Lack of goals
« on November 02, 2021, 08:06:48 pm by phil old leake »
We are told that we have some talented youngsters and they are sent out on loan constantly

I’m sat watching the boro match v Luton and Josh Coburn has just scored.  18 yrs old

If our strikers are regularly failing why not give a youngster a chance to make a name for himself.

Maybe we wouldn’t score and lose. Sxxt that’s happening all the time now.

People keep saying they aren't good enough. I think that it is weak management. Got to be worth a try. Rather anyone than f**king Cukur. Jesus.  If we don't have any youngsters better than Cukur then we seriously need to scrap the youth set up.

When were this bad i think it could destroy the younger players. Time to do that is when we're relatively comfortable and have a team of leaders who will help them when they play. At the moment it's just chaos with no plan or organisation. Young lads will just get ruined.

I do think Horton should play left back and Olowu centre half instead of Williams.

Just putting this out there. Marcus Rashford was only in the squad to make up numbers and give him experience of being around the first team.

We don’t have a striker that could go out on loan. The only strikers we have are U18 playing in the youth league
