THE European Union may be willing to fund the construction of a wall along its eastern border to keep out refugees, European Council president Charles Michel said in Warsaw today.

I suspect there'll be some interesting thinking going on in Poland about where their interests really lie. Given that it appears Putin is encouraging his dictator buddy in Belarus to pour immigrants across the Polish border.

I got the impression that the EU wanted the refugees but Poland didn't.

Has anyone else watched the Norwegian drama occupation? Ridiculously far fetched and entertaining particularly later series, but some of the themes are remarkably similar.
