Don’t forget to put all these points at the next Meet The Owners do, or indeed in the post match survey that comes down your email after every home game - you know, the vehicles set up by the club to gauge supporter concerns.

Or chunter off.
Best regards

Gauging supporter concerns on a matchday is one thing. Addressing these concerns is another.

I do often complete these surveys but as yet, nothing to report regarding any improvements.

I'd ask about our youth set up and what the cost of it is vs what targets they are set to determine value for money.

I really want to see us develop home grown talent and we are starting to get some results even if their modest. It's improvement so now probably isn't really the time to give up on it...

I'd argue that to get better results the money could be better spent on having a really strong U23 squad to feed into the senior team. There's a lot of talent let go every year by championship and premiership team that is way ahead of what we produce. Sign enough to fill out a U23 squad with senior players who aren't getting a game or are coming back from injury.

In which case CDH, a very valid question at the next MTO would be “the post match surveys - what actually happens to the comments provided, and what actions have been taken to address issues arising” or similar.
In fact if I can get to the next MTO, I may ask that myself.
Cheers

A question I would like to ask .....

Do you think the investment you make to keep my home team viable in the EFL, would perhaps better invested in good causes throughout DMBC?

Can't say fairer than that BVB. Excellent idea.
