Liverpool have been top of that points table since 2000.

A couple of things I noticed on that.

Aston Villa were top of the chart for ages, so it's a fair assumption that they have been under performing. If I were a billionaire wanting to invest in a Premier League club, I'd go for that one.

Sheffield United seem to have been a bigger club than Wednesday in history.
