One I can’t remember name gone blank. Early 1990’s signed from Bury I think or did he go to Bury?  Hard as nails midfielder.

It sounds like he is talking about Kevin Hulme, signed from Bury in 1993. He went back to Bury in 1994.

Roche was signed from Newcastle United, from memory as a part of the Mike Jeffrey deal.

Gary Brabin, Kev Hulme, Alan Warboys, Tim Ryan, Colin Sutherland (who I’m convinced had some sort of issue), Mark Albrighton all spring to mind.

However, Alan Little is the hardest player I’ve ever seen play for Rovers. His midfield partnership with young Snod was fantastic! It was one of Bremners very few errors of judgment when he sold him to Torquay.
