He’s done really well and not let anybody down (could possibly have done better at Hartlepool)Seems strange comments by DS about not being technical
Looks to me like our Technical players p**s about with it in our own penalty area and don't pass it forward myself. I always thought that football stopped in both penalty areas, you were supposed to shoot at one end and get rid of it at the other, we are not very good at any of those things I do know, even if we have technical players. Passing the ball backwards into your own penalty area and tripping over the ball is technical is it?
Not had a sniff since going to train at Man Utd, I wonder if a deal has already been done for January
It is fashionable on coaching courses, to believe that the right way to play is like Man City do.Trouble is we don't have their players. The job for a rovers manager is to set up to best use the qualities of the players at the club....that does not include fart-arsing about on the edge of your own penalty area.We do not need a coach to run the team, we need a manager to "manage" the group, and find a way of working that improves the chance of strikes on goal.Playing 1 up top (at home as well) is a disaster in terms of goal potential and entertainment....be good if some woke up to that.I can't see any real difference from GM to DS in what we are about.
