I can't see why it was ruled out either.
Best not play Faal wide in defensive positions again, not his game!

Did Faal’s header cross the line??
The pen incident was an interesting one. Their lad dived but there was probably contact. He probably dived himself out of a penalty if that makes any sense.

Im not sure, not convinced from that view,I think there might a bit of space and no contact between them and he does a clever dive, the linesman will likely have had a good view and hence not given.Either way, glad it was not given.
Does anyone know, the chance we had on them highlights, when we was 0-1 down, did it hit the post on the way out?Again hard to see from that angle.

Yeah, cannot see any reason for it to be disallowed, only thing I can think off is the Ref thinks Mo shoving the defender in back just before his header, but it looks more of a stretching arm to just distance/balance than a real shove.

Did the ref rule the goal out for a push or did it hit his hand/arm as he seems to be jestering after with his left hand, can’t quite make it out as if he was suggesting it hit his hand/arm or a push

It was a push. It was a very, very soft foul for the ref to give, and he didn't give several much more blatant ones by both sides in the middle of the pitch. But I'd have been going mad if it had been them who did that in our box and he didn't give it.
As for the penalty, it was a stone cold one. We dodged a bullet.

Yep, it looked a pen on the clip but when you consider all the wrestling that goes off at corners, to not allow our goal after the faintest of contact on the defender by Faal is criminal.

I thought at the time their guy went down very very easily and it would’ve been a soft one. Maybe that was my bias in the heat of the moment.

100% goal should of stood.
100% should off been a pen.
Both us and mansfield robbed by 2 seperate decisions. Though if our goal stood then the penalty shout would never of happened.
