Thought he was key to our win yesterday. Despite his poor control at times he always looked to move the ball forward quickly at every opportunity, something we have not done enough of. We tend to play sideways & backwards more than we should.
If he (& others) continues to do this we will do teams alot more damage from now until the end of the season

the measure of intent , of getting forward and going for a goal , is a step up from recent seasons. slipped up a couple of times true , but a pleasure to watch overall.

He looked like a fish out of water at Sutton, but he was excellent yesterday. Exactly the forward-looking zip that we have lacked.

I think he has more to offer than Faal did. Faal would not have made that run for Owen Bailey to put a great ball through to Adelukan.
In his after match interview he said how important it was for his game to forge partnerships. He said Joe had asked him in the week ‘what he liked to do’ & he wants to make & score goals. If he can get close to Joe then Joe with the ball at his feet, back to goal & a defender trying to ‘steal’ his shirt off his back, can work on Haks being his ‘outlet’ for a pass.
Been saying week after week that Joe needs someone around him & we/he might have just found that in Haks.
A great in swinging cross from him for the goal & credit to Joe to get between two markers & flash that header past the keeper.
Keep it coming boys.
