Boosting my already over inflated ego aside, it’s now easier than ever to find good players. They are everywhere. You just need to rid the club of any outside influence and, ironically, ego. I think the chairman rates his own opinion on football as does Copps. I know the club have what they think are processes when it comes to signing players but they don’t really stick to them from what I can see. No two players in any position ever fit the same profile do they? How can any process that is stuck to get to such differing outcomes?
